SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions explain when uAlbums sends text messages, what you are agreeing to, and how to get help or stop future SMS messages.

Last updated: April 12, 2026 Privacy Policy Terms of Service Contact

Quick summary

uAlbums sends SMS only for requested customer interactions, such as delivering a magnet or campaign claim link to a customer phone number, or sending a one-time password (OTP) when a recipient chooses phone verification after opening a claim link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

1) When we send SMS messages

uAlbums currently sends SMS messages in two primary situations:

  • Business-requested link delivery: a business user, such as a plumber, electrician, realtor, or other service business, enters a customer phone number in uAlbums to send a magnet link, campaign link, or related order/claim link by text.
  • Claim-link phone verification: after a recipient clicks a claim link, they may choose to verify using a phone number instead of email. In that case, uAlbums may send a one-time password (OTP) or verification message to complete that session.

These messages are generally transactional or service-related. They are sent to help a recipient access a link, verify identity, or complete a requested step within the uAlbums flow.

2) Consent to receive SMS

By providing a phone number to uAlbums, or by asking a business using uAlbums to send a link to your phone, you agree to receive the relevant SMS message(s) needed for that request.

If you are a business user of uAlbums, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before entering a customer’s phone number and requesting SMS delivery through the Service.

If you are a recipient using a claim link and choose phone verification, you consent to receive the OTP or verification text needed to complete that step.

3) Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with uAlbums. In most cases, you will receive only the specific message needed for the requested action, such as a link delivery text or a one-time verification code. Some users may receive more than one message if they request another link, request a new code, or repeat the flow.

4) Charges and carrier notice

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5) STOP and HELP commands

You can manage SMS messages from uAlbums using the following commands:

  • STOP: opt out of future SMS messages from that messaging flow where applicable.
  • HELP: receive help information, including how to contact support.

If you opt out with STOP, you may no longer receive SMS messages needed for phone-based link delivery or phone-based verification unless you later reinitiate the flow and provide consent again.

6) Supported message content

uAlbums SMS content may include:

  • magnet or campaign claim links,
  • recipient access links,
  • one-time passwords (OTP), and
  • other closely related transactional instructions tied to the requested flow.

uAlbums does not intend these SMS messages to function as unrelated promotional spam.

7) Privacy and use of phone numbers

We use phone numbers to deliver requested SMS messages, verify recipients, operate the Service, prevent abuse, and maintain records of transactional activity. We may use service providers to deliver text messages on our behalf.

We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent data. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

For more information about how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8) Eligibility and accurate information

You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. Business users must not submit phone numbers they do not have permission to contact.

9) Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SMS-enabled uAlbums flows after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

10) Contact and support

For support, reply HELP where supported or contact [email protected].
