Delivery methods and billing rules

Use the mode that fits your campaign, and keep billing predictable.

  • Delivery methods: User Personalized, Mail In, bulk/self orders, and samples.
  • Mail In: we send final magnets directly to each recipient.
  • Billing timing: in User Personalized flow, your business is charged after the recipient uploads and places the order.
  • Card on file: if no payment method is saved, the order does not ship until paid.

Link types (tokens)

uAlbums supports three kinds of links, depending on how open you want the campaign to be. Each link type has different rules for who can order and how recipients are identified.

Public link • anyone with the link

Best for trade shows, your website, email signatures, QR codes, and mass sharing.

  • Open access: anyone with the link can start personalization.
  • Verified email: we verify the recipient’s email.
  • One per email: one order per email address.
  • Max items: cap total orders using Maximum Orders.
Private link • one link for a group

Best when you want a single shared link, but only for a specific list of invited contacts.

  • Invite-only: add contacts to the campaign first.
  • Same link for all: share one common link to the group.
  • Recipient matching: recipient verifies email and must be on your list.
Personal link • tied to one recipient

Best for 1:1 gifting after a service visit or closing — each recipient gets their own link.

  • Unique per contact: tied to a specific contact/email.
  • Share individually: copy/share per recipient, or let uAlbums deliver links.
  • Clean tracking: you know who the link was intended for.
