How does uAlbums work?
You create a branded template (colors, fonts, logo, contact info), then share a link or QR code. Your customer uploads photos, uAlbums auto-arranges the design, and we print and ship the gift. See the full walkthrough on How It Works.
Who prints and ships the products?
uAlbums handles printing and shipping for each order. You don’t keep inventory and you don’t have to package anything.
Where do you ship? Which countries do you serve?
Shipping availability depends on the product and fulfillment configuration. If you need a specific country supported, contact us and we’ll confirm current coverage.
When do I get charged?
Pay-as-you-go requires a payment method on file. You’re charged when a gift is ordered. If there’s no payment method, the order won’t ship until paid. See Pricing.
